Robinson Premier Contracting (RPC) is a general contracting firm located in the Middle Tennessee area. We specialize in a broad spectrum of commercial and residential general contracting services.

The Robinson Premier “Secret Sauce” is an above average in-house work percentage. This means that when a service request call comes into our office the team that is dispatched to work that call the majority of the time is a Robinson Premier team. 85% of all work is performed by an RPC team. Through this we are able to control the quality of work performed, level of expertise of the personnel working the service call, quality of tools and parts required to complete the project and most importantly the customer experience so that our experience have warm hand that guides them through the project while we do the hard work.

What is a work authorization?
A work authorization is a legal document that gives Robinson Premier Contracting authorization to perform work at your home or business.
Why do I have to pay a service deposit?
Service deposits are required for a number of reasons, the primary being the purchase of materials to complete the project.
Does the service deposit go towards my final balance?
Yes, your service deposit will be credited towards your final balance.
When are service deposits due?
Anytime prior to the start date.
Do you guys offer a service warranty?
Yes, we offer service warranties that begin the date your service has been completed and is valid for 365 days (1 year).

Do you charge a fee to provide a service quote?
No, we provide free service quotes.
Do I have to be present in order for you to perform a service assessment?
If the work to be performed is external then no we can perform a service assessment without you being present. However, if the work
to be performed is internal then we do require you to be present so that we can perform a full and thorough service assessment.
Do provide service to areas outside of Nashville?
Yes, we provide contracting services within a 150 mile radius from Nashville, TN.
Do you provide estimated completion dates?
Yes, when work commences on your project a Robinson Premier Project Manager will provide you with an estimated completion date. As you can imagine contracting projects can encounter unpredictable obstacles causing the estimated completion date to slip, in the event we foresee a slippage of the estimated completion date a Robinson Premier Project Manager will explain the cause of the schedule slippage and provide you with an updated completion date.
